01. Agreement to Terms LEGAL

By accessing Octane Sim Gear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

02. Made-to-Order Products IMPORTANT

All button boxes and accessories are bespoke, made-to-order items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods manufactured upon receipt of an order. Once the assembly phase has commenced, the order is considered final and exempt from standard cancellation rights.

03. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. While perfection is strived for, it does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Changes may be made to the materials at any time without notice.

04. Usage & Liability

All items are designed strictly for electronic simulation purposes only. Octane Sim Gear is not responsible for any damage caused to third-party hardware (including but not limited to PCs, USB hubs, or Sim Rigs) through the use of Octane Sim Gear products. All electrical items are designed for standard USB 2.0/3.0 specifications; use of non-standard powered hubs or modified cables is at the user's own risk.

05. Intellectual Property

All software, custom PCB layouts, and 3D enclosure designs are the sole property of Octane Sim Gear. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of proprietary hardware is strictly prohibited.
