From the UK workshop to your sim rig.
01. Build-to-Order Process HAND-BUILT
Octane Sim Gear does not mass-produce. Every item is 3d printed, hand-assembled and tested. Typical lead time for assembly is 3–5 business days before dispatch. If assembly time is expected to take longer, the buyer will be notified and given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
02. International Trade (2026 Update) DDP
Orders are shipped worldwide. To avoid customs friction, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is used where possible for all orders. This means what you pay in the checkout is the final value you pay - no postman ransom upon delivery.
United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. Delivered 1-2 days after build.
USA
The 10% tariff is collected at checkout. No surprise bills.
European Union
Delivery includes import taxes and customs fees. No surprise bills.
03. Tracking & Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured. You will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched. Premium couriers are used for all international transit to ensure your gear arrives in peak condition.
04. Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Octane Sim Gear cannot be held liable for losses resulting from address errors provided during checkout. Postage to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding hubs will not be accepted.
